Data controller
The data controller is Pirâmide Maiúscula Unipessoal Lda, Portuguese company number 516202022, with its registered office at Rua São Vicente de Ferrer, 899, 3rd Floor Right, 4410-104 São Félix da Marinha, Porto, Portugal.

Data and purposes
In a consultation request, we collect the Collection of interest, land status, municipality or region, a description of the project and priorities, name, email address and, if provided, telephone number. Fields marked as required are necessary for us to review and respond to the request; all other fields are optional.
We use this data solely to review the request, respond to the enquiry, manage pre-contractual discussions and send notifications relating to the request. We do not use form data for advertising, newsletters or unsolicited marketing.
We also process strictly necessary technical data, including IP address, browser and device signals, request origin, the Turnstile result and technical identifiers, to protect the website, limit abuse, distinguish people from automated systems and diagnose delivery. We do not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on visitors.
Legal bases
Processing the consultation request is necessary to take steps at the visitor’s request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Processing for security, abuse prevention, rate limiting and technical diagnostics is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website and its communication channels secure and reliable, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Recipients and transfers
Data is accessible only to authorised Pirâmide Maiúscula personnel and the providers required to operate the service: Cloudflare, for hosting, security and Turnstile, and Resend, for sending and delivering email. These providers process data under their respective agreements and data-protection obligations.
Cloudflare and Resend may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where applicable, those transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognised safeguards. You may request information about those safeguards through our privacy contact.
Retention and security
The website does not create its own database containing consultation requests. The request is sent to the company mailbox and retained for up to 12 months after the last contact. If the enquiry results in a contract, legal obligation or dispute, necessary data may be retained for the applicable statutory periods.
Under its standard service configuration, Resend retains email data for 30 days. Technical security and operational records are retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described, according to the account configuration and provider retention periods. Application logs do not include form contents or contact details.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Exercising these rights is free of charge. We may request only the information needed to verify your identity and will normally respond within one month.
Send your request to info-legal@piramidemaiuscula.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, at www.cnpd.pt.
